Frequently asked questions | Notifications when an item sells

When you sell an item via Fashbae we will send you an email, website notification and a TXT (optional) to let you know which item has been sold. This is why we ask for your mobile number when you list an item.

Emails can often go into your inbox junk folder. Be sure to check this folder if you are expecting an email, and if this happens, edit the settings to ensure that your email no longer filters Fashbae emails as spam.

The Fashbae website is the most reliable way to check if your item is sold. Simply login and you will be taken to your Account page to see if your item is sold via your website messages or under the Items I've sold page under your account.
